Vary your sources of protein

Swedes are currently eating ever more beef, pork and chicken – an increase that mostly stems from an expansion of imports.

The climate impact of beef is by far the greatest, and by reducing the impact of such food groups while simultaneously increasing the purchase of, predominantly, plant-based foods, make a significant difference.
