The supplier’s commitment:

The supplier must, from the start of the contract only supply products of coffee and cocoa which fulfill criteria according to Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliment and of the Council on organic production and labelling of organic products and are cultivated under working conditions compatible with:

  • ILO:s core conventions on forced labour, child labour, discrimination, freedom of association and right to organize (no. 29, 87, 98, 100, 105, 111, 138 och 182)
  • The United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, article 32
  • The laws regarding work environment and labour in force in the country where the labour is performed.
