Liquid-based products CE-marked as toys shall not contain preservatives in concentrations requiring the following labeling: “Contains [the name of the sensitizing substance]. May cause an allergic reaction” (EUH208) according to point 2.8 of Annex II to Regulation (EC) 1272/2008 on the classification, labeling and packaging of substances and mixtures (CLP Regulation).
