Criterion text
The product must meet the requirements on maximum energy consumption per week (TEC-value) according to:
Energy Star for imaging equipment, version 3, section 3.3.2. The energy consumption must be measured at 230 Volt.
Verification
The supplier shall, upon request, be able to present a verification, for example one of the following:
- Ecolabelling according to the Nordic Swan Ecolabel for office equipment, version 6 or later
- Ecolabelling according to Blue Angel, (the German Ecolabel), Office Equipment with printing function, DE-UZ 219 (2021). Note that products labelled with Blue Angel also needs to have an extended license valid for the Swedish company placing the product on the market, in accordance with the rules of Blue Angel.
- Test report according to Energy Star for imaging equipment, version 3, section 3.3.2.
- The Eco Declaration, ECMA 370 (Energy Star) or equivalent documentation
The contracting authority may request that the information is verified by an independent third party, where certification according to an ecolabel is not used as verification.

Labelling
If the requirement has been verified with an ecolabel check for a valid ecolabelling licencelicense according to the Nordic Swan Ecolabel, or Blue Angel (the German Ecolabel). Note that products labelled with Blue Angel also needs to have an extended license valid for the Swedish company placing the product on the market, in accordance with the rules of Blue Angel.
Test report
If the requirement has bee verified with a test report follow-up by checking that the test was performed in accordance with Energy Star for imaging equipment, version 3.
Eco declaration
If the requirement has been verified with Eco declaration according to ECMA 370 or equivalent standard, check that the test was performed in accordance with Energy star for imaging equipment, version 3
