To be awarded [points/price deductions] in the tender evaluation, the television shall meet energy efficiency class F or better for television in accordance with Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 2019/2013 supplementing Regulation 2017/1369 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to energy labelling of electronic displays.
