The tenderer shall have previous experience of designing energy efficient lighting installations and shall submit reference assignments to demonstrate this. The description shall show how energy efficiency and relevant standards for lighting quality were taken into account during the design, and the performance of installed equipment.

Reference assignments shall not be older than five years, and shall be approved by the assignment's client.
