The furniture shall not have an active addition of phthalates classified as toxic to reproduction, with hazard class H360 under the CLP Regulation.1 The measured value per detail shall not exceed 0.1 % by weight. 

The supplier shall be able to prove, on request, that the requirement has been fulfilled. [The contracting organisation] may request that the data be verified by an independent third party. 

Small plastic parts (<100 g), are not subject to the requirement.
