All catering equipment that provides heat or refrigeration shall be insulated and thermostatically controlled.
The supplier shall, upon request, be able to present any of for example the following:
- Product information sheet or the equivalent that shows that the catering equipment is insulated and thermostatically controlled.
Ensure that the catering equipment that is delivered under contract is insulated and thermostatically controlled. This can be done, for example, by checking the product information sheet.
The version date indicates when the sustainability criterion was created or last updated. Last reviewed dated tells when we last checked that the sustainability criterion still is relevant.
