Criterion text
For all products in the contract where safety data sheets are required in accordance with Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (Reach), ensure one of the following options from the start of the contract:
- that safety data sheets are freely available and downloadable in Swedish for the customer via the contractor's website
- that safety data sheets are provided in electronic form in Swedish, i.e. by email in PDF format or similar.
Verification
The supplier accepts by its tender that the contract terms will be fulfilled at the specified time.
Proposed follow-up
Take samples of a selection of the products and check that the safety data sheets in Swedish are available for each product in accordance with the requirement.
Versions history
The version date indicates when the sustainability criterion was created or last updated. Last reviewed dated tells when we last checked that the sustainability criterion still is relevant.
