The supplier and procuring organization will agree on a time when the supplier must report the following information to the procuring organization:

  • Make, model, serial number and disposal date for the equipment that has been submitted 

  • Test results from preparation for reuse 

  • The proportion of collected equipment that has been reused, recycled or disposed of and whether this occurred within or outside the EU/EEA 

  • Carbon dioxide savings for the devices that are reused 

  • The financial compensation paid to the contracting organisation for equipment that has been reused/recycled.
