Criterion text
The supplier and procuring organization will agree on a time when the supplier must report the following information to the procuring organization:

Make, model, serial number and disposal date for the equipment that has been submitted

Test results from preparation for reuse

The proportion of collected equipment that has been reused, recycled or disposed of and whether this occurred within or outside the EU/EEA

Carbon dioxide savings for the devices that are reused

The financial compensation paid to the contracting organisation for equipment that has been reused/recycled.
Verification
The supplier accepts through its tender that the contract term will be fulfilled at the specified time.
Proposed follow-up
Request information from the supplier showing that the special contract term has been fulfilled at the specified time, such as by requesting a report in accordance with the requirement.
