Criterion text
The supplier shall be able to offer (OEM, Original Equipment Manufacturer) remanufactured/reused toner cartridges during the contract period and describe which models they are compatible with.
Remanufactured/reused original toner cartridges are defined as cleaned, refilled with dry toner and with any damaged or worn out parts replaced.
Verification
The supplier must in the bid provide a short description demonstrating compliance to the terms during the contract period
Proposed follow-up
- Follow-up that remanufactured toner cartridges have been offered during the contract period.
- Request documentation ensuring that the remanufactured toner cartridge functions in the model it was supplied to.
