For all products in the contract where safety data sheets are required in accordance with Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (Reach), ensure one of the following options from the start of the contract:

  • that safety data sheets are freely available and downloadable in Swedish for the customer via the contractor's website
  • that safety data sheets are provided in electronic form in Swedish, i.e. by email in PDF format or similar.
